Minimum Benchmarks definition
Minimum Benchmarks means the CPCA's employment and skills benchmark outputs for particular construction cost value bands that are required to be delivered as a minimum as notified to the Applicant from time to time "Outputs and Outcomes" means those Project outputs and/or outcomes set out in Schedule 1
