Minimum Basement Elevation (MBE) definition

Minimum Basement Elevation (MBE) means the lowest level at which a habitable floor on a lot may be constructed;
Minimum Basement Elevation (MBE) means the lowest elevation of the lowest Habitable Floor, or the underside of the floor joists where the lowest Habitable Floor is constructed over a Crawlspace of any building, that can be serviced by a gravity connection to the storm and sanitary sewer main.

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE) means the height, in relation to NAVD 1988, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Limited access area means a building, room, or other contiguous area upon the Licensed Premises where Retail Marijuana is grown, cultivated, stored, weighed, packaged, sold, or processed for sale, under control of the Licensee.
