MINIMUM AVERAGE TIME REQUIREMENT definition

MINIMUM AVERAGE TIME REQUIREMENT means the minimum average call duration, expressed in minutes, for SERVICES as specified in ATTACHMENT B. MINIMUM AVERAGE TIME REQUIREMENT calculations will be made at each PRODUCT HIERARCHY LEVEL.

Examples of MINIMUM AVERAGE TIME REQUIREMENT in a sentence

  • Any month Customer fails to equal or exceed the MINIMUM AVERAGE TIME REQUIREMENT specified in ATTACHMENT B for SERVICES specified in ATTACHMENT B, then Customer shall pay Sprint a per minute surcharge on such usage equal to (a) the per minute surcharge specified in ATTACHMENT B multiplied by (b) the difference between (i) the number of minutes the SERVICE was used and (ii) the number of calls using the SERVICE multiplied by the MINIMUM AVERAGE TIME REQUIREMENT.
