Minimum Annual License Fee. The Minimum Annual License Fee is equal to one percent (1%) of the Minimum Annual Sales Quota and is due thirty (30) days after the Minimum Annual Sales Quota measurement period of one year. Credit shall be given for actual license fees paid and Minimum Quarterly License Fees up to a maximum of the Minimum Annual License Fee. In the event that the credits are not sufficient to sum to the Minimum Annual License Fee, Licensee agrees to pay the difference within thirty (30) days.
