Minimum Allowance Amount definition

Minimum Allowance Amount means a dollar amount equal to the greater of: (i) $8,358,000; and (ii) 1.75% of the Aggregate Loan Balance as of the Calculation Date.
Minimum Allowance Amount means $1,464,000.

The allocation among Contributing Guarantors of their obligations as set forth in this paragraph 2 or any similar provision contained in a Related Guaranty shall not be construed in any way to limit the liability of any Contributing Guarantor hereunder or under a Related Guaranty. Each Contributing Guarantor under a Related Guaranty is a third party beneficiary to the contribution agreement set forth in this paragraph 2.

  • Minimum DSCR means, with respect to a Supplemental Loan, (i) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a fixed rate, 1.25:1, or (ii) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a floating rate, 1.10:1.
