Mini-storage building definition

Mini-storage building means a storage building rated as a B-2 occupancy under the Uniform Building Code divided into individual storage rooms, having a maximum building height of eighteen feet exclusive of architectural features and not exceeding a maximum building length of one hundred feet; provided, that buildings may exceed the maximum building length where architectural features are incorporated and approved by the zoning administrator.
Mini-storage building means a building not over twenty feet high measured to the peak, provided one or more separate storage spaces of not over 300 square feet each, with individual outside access, for rental to the public for storage of non-hazardous personal goods.
