Project Boot Camps definition

Project Boot Camps. One of CSG’s standard project preparation activities is a boot camp for the project team in our headquarters. This intensive two-day session is led by senior leaders, along with the Project Manager. The entire project team is trained on the project goals and objectives, the project organization and plan, and each person’s role and responsibilities.  CSG REALize℠ is our proprietary library of knowledge, methods, and tools built from CSG’s experience and industry research. Customized TeamCSG℠ tools for project management, requirements gathering, operational readiness assessments, vendor artifact reviews, and many other functions are used by our project teams in states across the country.
