Mini-grants definition

Mini-grants means projects to enable public libraries with limited funds, as defined in this Section, to remodel or refurbish the library.
Mini-grants means the smaller quantum of Grants for 100% grant rate of independent third party costs up to £10,000, to be made on the basis set out in Schedule 1;

Related to Mini-grants

  • Awards means Options, RSUs and PSUs granted to a Participant pursuant to the terms of the Plan;

  • Other Stock-Based Awards means Awards granted to a Participant under Section 6(i) hereof.

  • Restricted Stock Units means an Award of stock units subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Administrator may determine at the time of grant.

  • Stock Appreciation Rights or “SAR” means a right granted to a Participant under Section 6(c).

  • Non-Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to receive an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (x) the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the date such right is exercised, and (y) the aggregate exercise price of such right, otherwise than on surrender of a Stock Option.
