MINFI definition
MINFI means the Borrower’s ministry responsible for finance;
MINFI means the Ministry of the Recipient responsible for finance (in French,
MINFI means Ministère des Finances, the Borrower’s ministry responsible for finance and any successor thereto.

To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the PFM Reform Steering Committee and its PFM Technical Secretariat located within the MINFI in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.
