MINEP means the Recipient’s Ministry of Environment and Nature Protection established pursuant to Decree No. 2004/320 dated December 8, 2004, organizing the Government and organized pursuant to Decree 2005/117 dated April 14, 2005;
MINEP means Ministère de l’Environnement et de la Protection de la Nature, the Ministry of the Recipient responsible for environment.
