Mine District Data definition
Mine District Data means the act of searching through, analyzing, accessing, or extracting District Data, metadata, or information not necessary to accomplish the Services or purpose(s) of this Agreement for the benefit of the District.
Mine District Data means the act of searching through, analyzing, accessing, or extracting District Data, metadata, or information that is not necessary to accomplish the Services or purpose or purposes of this Agreement for the benefit of the District.
Mine District Data and all the conjugations of the verb “mine” means the act of searching through, analyzing, accessing, or extracting District Data, metadata, or information that is NOT necessary to accomplish, for the benefit of the District, the Data Release Purpose, the services contemplated under the Contract (if any), or other purpose or purposes of this DPA.
