mill waste definition
mill waste means edgings and other waste timber cut from logs in the course of sawmilling. "minimum annual supply of pulpwood" means the annual quantities of pulpwood of various types which the Secretary is bound to make available or the Department is bound to deliver from time to time in accordance with clause 14 hereof.
