Mill Owner definition

Mill Owner has the meaning given that term in the preamble to this Lease, and includes any permitted successors as owner of the Mill Real Property and the fee interest in the Carbon Plant Real Property (other than Ingevity).

  • The initial Contract Manager shall be the Production Manager of the Mill for the Mill Owner and the Plant Manager of the Carbon Plant for Ingevity.

  • The initial members of the Operating Council shall be the Production Manager of the Mill, the Mill Manager and the Mill Owner’s Vice President of Operations for the Mill Owner and the Plant Manager of the Carbon Plant, the Services and Support Manager of the Carbon Plant and Ingevity’s Vice President of Operations for Ingevity, or in each case a reasonably equivalent position designated by the Mill Owner or Ingevity, as the case may be.

  • Ingevity shall not use the Leased Premises for any expansion of such business that is reasonably likely to materially and adversely affect the operation of the Mill or the use of the Mill Owner Easement Rights (including, without limitation, as a result of any material additional requirement reasonably likely to be imposed on the Mill Owner under any Environmental Law) without the prior written consent of the Mill Owner.

  • Upon any conveyance of the Leased Premises to Ingevity pursuant to this Article 22, the Mill Owner and Ingevity shall amend the Services Agreement, effective with such conveyance, to eliminate any obligation of the Mill Owner to provide electricity to Ingevity if the continued provision of such electricity to Ingevity pursuant to the Services Agreement would subject the Mill Owner to regulation as a public utility under applicable Law.

  • The Carbon Plant and any other improvements now or hereafter located on the Carbon Plant Real Property (other than the Mill Owner Retained Assets and the Co-Located Continuous Assets owned by the Mill Owner and located on the Carbon Plant Real Property) are and shall remain the property of Ingevity, subject to the provisions of Article 14.

Mill Owner means KCTC, as owner of the Pulp Mill and Tissue Mill, or Sappi, as owner of the Paper Mill, as the context requires.
Mill Owner means an entity owning or having control of a mill, and includes an entity controlling the business of a mill.
Mill Owner means the owner of a mill and “Mill Owner Members” are “Members”, for the time being, who are Mill Owners. “Mill Owner Directors” are the “Directors”, for the time being, elected by Mill Owner Members under Article 31. A “Mill Area” includes, in relation to a Mill which is supplied by Growers under an agreement between Growers and the Mill Owner (which provides for the Growers to supply sugar cane to that particular Mill), the area comprising all sugar cane farms that supply the Mill. A “Grower” is a person who supplies sugar cane under a contract to a Mill either alone or with others but does not include a person who is a Mill Owner or a corporation which is a subsidiary of a Mill Owner. A “Grower Representative” is a person appointed by ACFA; and, a person appointed by Canegrowers, in the way contemplated by the Constitution. An “Elected Holder” is a Grower who is elected or appointed as a Grower Representative to represent a Mill in accordance with Article 8A of the Constitution.
Mill Owner s Business” means the operation of the Mill by the Mill Owner, including the manufacture and distribution by the Mill Owner of solid bleached sulfite board and related products and related activities at the Mill unless and until Ingevity exercises the Truck Shop Expansion Option.

  • Generator Owner means the Person that owns the Generating Facility and has registered with the NERC as the Person responsible for complying with all NERC Reliability Standards applicable to the owner of the Generating Facility.

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.

  • Timber owner means any person having all or any part of the legal interest in timber. Where such timber is subject to a contract of sale, "timber owner" shall mean the contract purchaser.
