Military Segment definition
Military Segment means: the manufacturing, procurement, sale or distribution of Products (defined below) within the military resale system, including, but not limited to, the United States military commissaries and exchanges, the Defense Commissary Agency, AAFES, NEXCOM, CGX, MCX, and any third‑party distributors, brokers, partners or manufacturers with which SpartanNash conducted business or was preparing to conduct business in the Military Segment at any time during the 24‑month period preceding the termination of your employment for any reason;
