Military forces definition

Military forces means the national guard of the State, as defined in Section 25‑1‑10, persons attached or assigned to state units, and any other military force organized under the laws of the State;
Military forces means the Military Forces of the Commonwealth;
Military forces means the armed forces of the Federation and includes any person who is not a member of the last- mentioned forces but who accompanies, or is employed in the service of a body of those forces;
