Milestone Notification. Notifying the appropriate parties when payment milestones are reached and taking any steps necessary to ensure proper completion of the work, securing of approvals, and timely payment.  Assisting in the resolution of any issues: The project managers are the “point person” for their respective organizations for all issues that may arise during the course of the contract. The Contractor’s project manager will identify the staff or other resources needed to address the issue within Contractor, brief the appropriate parties on the situation, establish a plan of action to resolve the issue, see that the necessary resources are assigned, and follow up as needed. The Contractor is also responsible for:  Perform all work tasks in the delivery, installation, implementation, training, and testing of an end-to-end fare collection system.  Make scheduled on-site visits and conduct surveys to become familiar with the City vehicles, operations, and facilities.  If required, Contractor must ensure that plans for all work meet requirements of local building codes. Contractor must submit final plans for any such work to the Project Manager for approval.  Provide personnel onsite to monitor, inspect and adjust all equipment during system startup and provide full and competent engineering services to handle and correct all problems associated with the performance of its equipment.  Maintain an issues punch list, with recommended corrective actions to be updated weekly, in relation to the equipment installed during the preliminary testing period and during other installation and testing periods.  Contractor must comply with Federal Transit Administration (“FTA”) requirements including, but not limited to, National Transit Database (“NTD”) reporting and Buy America when applicable. Examples of Milestone Notification in a sentence

  • Diaxonhit shall: (a) calculate pursuant to Schedule 4 and specify in each Milestone Notification: the total number of (i) Warrants (as defined in Schedule 4) exercisable by XDx and (ii) underlying DHT Shares which may be subscribed by XDx upon exercise of such Warrants, and (b) prepare and attach to each Milestone Notification to be provided to XDx the applicable draft Subscription Form.

  • The Payment Milestone Notification shall provide adequate justification of the milestone completion.
