Milestone B means Borrower has obtained positive Phase 2b data in Topsalysin trial for the treatment of localized prostate cancer prior to December 31, 2018, which shall be confirmed by discussion with Borrower’s management team and a member of Borrower’s Board of Directors that Borrower will advance the development of Topsalysin for the treatment of localized prostate cancer to the next stage.
