MILA definition

MILA shall have the meaning set forth in paragraph (a) of the definition of "Special Purpose Entity (Operator)".

Examples of MILA in a sentence

  • The Second Container Royalty contributions shall be used exclusively for the funding of MILA healthcare benefits in all ports and districts covered by this Master Contract that participate in the MILA healthcare plan.

  • During the term of this Master Contract, $5.00 of the hourly contributions for local pension, welfare, and other employee fringe benefits set forth in Article IV, Section 1 of this Master Contract shall be paid to MILA.

  • Upon default by a Mortgagor on a MILA Mortgage Loan and foreclosure on, or trustee's sale of, the Mortgaged Property pursuant to the proper procedures, the holder of the MILA Mortgage Loan will be able to deliver good and merchantable title to the Mortgaged Property.

  • All individual insurance policies contain a standard mortgagee clause naming MILA and its successors and assigns as mortgagee, and all premiums ther▇▇▇ have been paid.

  • Any dispute arising among the trustees of the CFS Fund, the CR-4 Fund, MILA, or any other fund whose trustees are appointed pursuant to any of the trusts created under this Master Contract shall be referred and determined in accordance with the arbitration procedures created under the terms of the applicable trust agreement.
