  • MIKROS processes Client’s personal data where necessary for the performance of the Agreement or to comply with legal obligations as a provider.

  • In this context, MIKROS may use technical means in order to process this personal data and to ensure its security.

  • SADC means the Southern African Development Community;

  • IMRO means the Irish Music Rights Organisation CLG.

  • SANAS means the South African National Accreditation System;

  • We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
