Migration Fee definition

Migration Fee means the one-time fee negotiated by the parties for DTS to perform the complete Migration process.

  • As of the Amendment Effective Date of this Amendment above, the Services and Charges schedule of the Agreement shall be amended as follows: Data Migration Fee $2500.00 Customer’s Client data, including all history will be migrated from the MoneyPark CSP to the Customer’s branded site.
