Migrant Workers definition

Migrant Workers means a person or persons who moves to another area OR country (foreign migrant worker) in order to obtain employment for temporary or seasonal work.
Migrant Workers means a Worker whose nationality and permanent residence is different from the country in which the Dyson or Business Partner facility at which they are working is located.
Migrant Workers means all Persons who provide services to any of the Companies or the Partnership and whose services, employment, housing or transportation are subject to any local, state or federal laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations or orders related to migrant or seasonal agricultural labor.

  • In case of termination of the Overseas Filipino Worker’s employment for cause or as a result of death or injury, the Employer shall immediately inform the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) and/or the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and the Legal Representative about said event.
