  • MIGA shall pay Interest at LIBOR on any amount of compensation determined to be due but not paid at the end of such 30-day period, such liability being in lieu of any other liability as a result of such late payment.

  • Such presumption may not be challenged by either MIGA or the Guarantee Holder.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, any reference to the Re-profiling includes any replacement B Loans and/or MIGA Loans pursuant to this Section 6.

  • Pursuant to General Conditions of Guarantee for Equity Investments prior written consent of MIGA will be required in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Agreement.
