MIDER definition
MIDER or “Ministère des Infrastructures, du Désenclavement et de l'Entretien Routier” means the Recipient’s Ministry of Infrastructure, Territorial Access and Road Maintenance, or any successor thereto acceptable to the Association.

MIDER shall act as a technical partner supporting implementation and be responsible for: (a) providing expertise; and (b) ensuring technical soundness.
