Disqualified Organization A “disqualified organization” as defined in Section 860E(e)(5) of the Code.
Bona fide association means, with respect to health insurance coverage offered in this
Ticket Holder means any individual possessing, holding or using a Ticket, including (without limitation) the Ticket Purchaser or any person to whom the Ticket was issued or transferred;
Business owned by a person with a disability means a business concern that is at least 51% owned by one or more persons with a disability and the management and daily business operations of which are controlled by one or more of the persons with disabilities who own it. A not- for-profit agency for persons with disabilities that is exempt from taxation under Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is also considered a "business owned by a person with a disability".
Officeholder means a person who holds a public office.
of a Person means the power, directly or indirectly, either to (a) vote 10% or more of the securities having ordinary voting power for the election of directors (or persons performing similar functions) of such Person or (b) direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such Person, whether by contract or otherwise.

Affiliated Organization means any organization which is not a political committee, but which directly or indirectly establishes, administers or financially supports a political committee.
Family Group means with respect to any individual, such individual’s current or former spouse, their respective parents, descendants of such parents (whether natural or adopted) and the spouses of such descendants, any trust, limited partnership, corporation or limited liability company established solely for the benefit of such individual or such individual’s current or former spouse, their respective parents, descendants of such parents (whether natural or adopted) or the spouses of such descendants.
Indirect Owner means, in the case of a Protected Partner that is an entity that is classified as a partnership, disregarded entity or subchapter S corporation for federal income tax purposes, any person owning an equity interest in such Protected Partner, and in the case of any Indirect Owner that itself is an entity that is classified as a partnership, disregarded entity or subchapter S corporation for federal income tax purposes, any person owning an equity interest in such entity.
Policy Holder means the person who is a legal holder of this Policy and is named as the “Policy Holder” in the Policy Schedule.
Charitable organization means a charitable organization as described by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as in effect from time to time.
Adviser means a party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any contract described in Article IV, Section 7(a) hereof;
Related organization means an organization that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another organization with control existing if an organization:
School entity means a school district, intermediate
Proprietary or Sub-advised Mutual Fund means any open-end Mutual Fund for which MSIM acts as investment adviser or sub-adviser.
Carlyle means Carlyle Investment Management, LLC.
Associated Person means with respect to any subject stockholder or other person (including any proposed nominee) (1) any person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with such stockholder or other person, (2) any beneficial owner of shares of stock of the Corporation owned of record or beneficially by such stockholder or other person, (3) any associate of such stockholder or other person, and (4) any person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control or Acting in Concert with any such Associated Person;
Mutual Fund or “Fund” or “UTIMF” means UTI Mutual Fund, a Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 registered with SEBI under registration number MF/048/03/01 dated January 14, 2003.
Charitable Beneficiary means one (1) or more beneficiaries of the Trust as determined pursuant to Section 5.9(iii)(f), provided that each such organization must be described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code and contributions to each such organization must be eligible for deduction under each of Sections 170(b)(1)(A), 2055 and 2522 of the Code.
Lead organization means a trade organization, labor organization or other incorporated entity representing a group of businesses that is the applicant for a business network project.
Qualified Person means one who, by possession of a recognized degree, certificate, or professional standing, or who by extensive knowledge, training and experience, has successfully demonstrated his ability to solve or resolve problems relating to the subject matter, the work, or the project.
Substantial Holder means a Person (including, without limitation, any group of Persons treated as a single “entity” within the meaning of the Treasury Regulation Section 1.382-3) holding Corporation Securities, whether as of the Effective Date, after giving effect to the Plan, or thereafter, representing a Percentage Stock Ownership (including indirect ownership, as determined under applicable Treasury Regulations) in the Corporation of at least 4.75%.
young person means a person who falls within the definition of qualifying young person in section 142 of the SSCBA.
Nominee is defined in Section 6.1.
