Middle Eastern Countries definition

Middle Eastern Countries has the definition provided in General Terms and Conditions Section 12.15.
Middle Eastern Countries means the following countries and territories: Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, the Palestinian territories, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.

Examples of Middle Eastern Countries in a sentence

  • You warrant and represent that You are a resident of or Your registered office is located in one of the following countries: Middle Eastern Countries, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Israel, the United States of America or Puerto Rico.

  • If You are a resident of or Your registered office is located in one of the Middle Eastern Countries, any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, which the Arbitration Rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.

  • Major Countries means Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States.
