Mid-Year Bonuses definition
Mid-Year Bonuses has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b).
Examples of Mid-Year Bonuses in a sentence
Fabrica shall have an amount of factored accounts receivable plus cash in its bank accounts as of the Initial Closing in an aggregate amount of at least $3,000,000 over and above any unpaid Mid-Year Bonuses.
Fabrica shall have an amount of factored accounts receivable plus cash in its bank accounts as of the Closing in an aggregate amount of at least $3,200,000 over and above any unpaid Mid-Year Bonuses.
Nothing contained in this Section 7.1 shall preclude Fabrica from paying to ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ the Mid-Year Bonuses, provided that the aggregate amount of all such bonuses does not exceed $2,400,000.
