Base Flood Elevation (BFE) means a determination of the water surface elevations of the base flood as published in the Flood Insurance Study. When the BFE has not been provided in a “Special Flood Hazard Area”, it may be obtained from engineering studies available from a Federal, State, or other source using FEMA approved engineering methodologies. This elevation, when combined with the “Freeboard”, establishes the “Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation”.
Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).
Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.
Initial Reference Pricei means as specified in the above table at item 15 (A) (i);
Wind-Down Budget means that certain budget governing the fees, expenses, and disbursements required for the Wind Down.
