Microtransport definition
Microtransport means any scooters, electric scooters, hydroscooters, and any other technical movement devices which are not technical rehabilitation means, with people when using the same considered to be pedestrians in accordance with the Traffic Rules approved by Regulation No. 1090 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 23, 1993.
