Microtest definition

Microtest means Microtest as hereinbefore defined and any successor to its business and/or assets as aforesaid which assumes and agrees to perform this Agreement by operation of law or otherwise.
Microtest means Microtest and any other entity in which it owns directly or indirectly 50% or more of the equity interest, including without limitation Logicraft Information Systems, Inc. and Optical Media International.
Microtest as used herein shall mean such other corporation or entity, and this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
