The parties will meet within *** following the Effective Date (or such other mutually agreed-upon time) to begin developing a plan for jointly establishing and operating a technical laboratory (“Lab”) dedicated to improving the experience for mutual customers who are running or considering running SLES as a guest operating system on Microsoft Virtualization Technology, as well as Longhorn Server and Windows Server 2003 as a guest operating system on SLES, and other mutually agreed activities.
The parties agree to jointly develop a plan, to be agreed upon in writing, for testing Novell VM Optimizations running on the Microsoft Virtualization Technology (“Novell VM Test Plan”).
