Microsoft Virtual Server definition

Microsoft Virtual Server means Microsoft Virtual Server 2005, Virtual Server 2005 R2 and any Upgrades thereto that are commercially released during the Term.

  • The operating system instance used to run hardware virtualization software (e.g. Microsoft Virtual Server or similar technologies) or to provide hardware virtualization services (e.g. Microsoft virtualization technology or similar technologies) is considered part of the physical operating system environment.

  • The operating system instance used to run hardware virtualization software (e.g., Microsoft Virtual Server or similar technologies) or to provide hardware virtualization services (e.g., Microsoft virtualization technologies) is considered part of the physical OSE.
