MICROSOFT System definition

MICROSOFT System means the computer hardware, software and related devices and systems used by, or operated for the benefit of, MICROSOFT to provide an Online System to customers and MICROSOFT internal users including, without limitation, the MICROSOFT Software and the MICROSOFT Network. The MICROSOFT System does not include the WORLDSPAN System.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.
