Should such an export license not be obtained by the Supplier, or the relevant company within Micropol Group as applicable, such a license is required, each Party shall be entitled to withdraw from the Agreement and none of the Parties shall thereafter be liable to compensate the other Party for such withdrawal or for any other reason whatsoever.
The same applies if any of the above circumstances exists for any of the companies within Micropol Group or its subcontractors and which has or may have an impact on the Supplier’s possibility to perform its obligations in accordance with the Agreement.

Inspektionen för Strategiska Produkter) when such a license is required by law, regulation or otherwise to fulfill its performance and obligations under the Agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, Micropol Group or its licensor shall own all rights, comprising any intellectual property rights relating to the Products, including but not limited to trademarks, protection of design, copyright, and patents.
All defective Products shall be returned to Aktiebolaget Micropol Fiberoptic’s premises in Åled .
In these General Terms and Conditions Supplier shall mean the selling entity of Aktiebolaget Micropol Fiberoptic, Micropol Fiberoptic Inc.
