Micronet hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the Products, solely for your own internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty.

Micronet is not in violation or default of any of the provisions of its articles of association or other organizational or charter documents.
You shall: (i) notify Micronet immediately of any unauthorized use, known or suspected, of the Products; and (ii) use reasonable efforts to stop immediately any unauthorized use, known or suspected, of the Product.
In any event Micronet's entire liability under any provision of this Warranty shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to Micronet for the Product.
