Micron Technology definition

Micron Technology means all Technology (i) owned by Micron or sublicenseable by Micron to the Company or to Photronics on the terms of this Agreement without obligation to pay additional consideration to a licensor; and (ii) necessary or useful to fulfill the Objectives or to design, develop or manufacture Reticles, including any Company Improvements owned by Micron pursuant to this Agreement.
Micron Technology means Micron Technology, Inc. and any Subsidiary of Micron Technology, Inc. other than the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company, but only for so long as Micron Technology, Inc. owns fifty percent (50%) or more of the total combined voting power of Micron Electronics and Micron Electronics is the Parent of the Company.
Micron Technology means Micron Technology B. V., the sole shareholder of MST, which is a company registered in Netherlands, with its registered office at Xxxxxxx 0X, 0000 XX Hilversum, The Netherlands.

  • Information Technologies means all information processing and communications-related hardware, Software, supplies, and consumable items that the Supplier is required to supply and install under the Contract.

The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Technology Systems means the electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, hardware, third party software, networks, peripherals and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, and Intellectual Property used by either party and its Subsidiaries or by a third party.

  • Innovative control technology means any system of air pollution control that has not been adequately demonstrated in practice, but would have a substantial likelihood of achieving greater continuous emissions reduction than any control system in current practice or of achieving at least comparable reductions at lower cost in terms of energy, economics, or non-air quality environmental impacts.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.
