Microcare may at any time assign, transfer charge, subcontract, delegate or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under this Contract without the consent of the Customer.

If the service fails to operate or the Customer diverts traffic to another carrier, Microcare will not be responsible for that carrier’s charges.
If Microcare can transfer the Customer’s existing number to the new Premises the existing Contract will continue under the same Terms and Conditions.
