MICRO TOYS, definition

MICRO TOYS, as used in the License Agreement, means "Intermediate Vehicles," "Micro Vehicles," "Micro Playsets," and "Micro Figures" (as such terms are defined hereinbelow) made of injection-molded plastic (or materials that are comparable in cost or physical characteristics to plastics and/or all other materials that are approved in advance by Licensor) with or without electrical or electronic parts (excluding radio control).

Related to MICRO TOYS,

  • Fiber means a glass strand or strands which is/are protected by a color coded buffer tube and which is/are used to transmit a communication signal along the glass strand in the form of pulses of light.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Microgrid means a group of interconnected loads and

  • Semiconductor cleanrooms means the integrated systems, fixtures, piping, partitions, flooring,

  • Rotogravure coating means the application of a coating material to a substrate by means of a roll coating technique in which the pattern to be applied is recessed relative to the non-image area, and the coating material is picked up in these recessed areas and is transferred to the substrate.
