Micro, Small, Medium & Large Enterprise means an Industrial Unit as defined by the Government of India from time to time.

micro-enterprise means an enterprise that employs less than ten employees having an annual turnover or a balance sheet total not exceeding 2 million Euro.
Microenterprise means an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/ or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million as defined in Article 1 and Article 2(1) and (3) of the Annex to Recommendation 2003/361/EC as may be amended from time to time;
small and medium-sized enterprise or 'SME' means a micro, small or medium-sized enterprise within the meaning of the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC43;
small and medium-sized enterprises or ‘SMEs’ means small and medium-sized enterprises as defined in Article 2 of the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC;
Commercial enterprise means a person (other than an individual) who carries on commercial activities in any jurisdiction relating to the production, trade, transport or use of forest risk commodities.”
