MICRODYNE together with other trademarks, trade names, or logotypes associated with the business, Products or services of ERI or the Distributor are each party's exclusive property of which the other party has no right, title or interest during the existence of this Agreement or thereafter. In addition, the Distributor has no right, title or interest in any patent or other intellectual or industrial property right in the Products (hereinafter referred to as "ERI's industrial property") whether or not registered in the Territory.
