  • The Client shall be wholly and solely responsible for the confidentiality, security and use of the Access Codes issued to him by MIBD.

  • The Client undertakes to notify MIBD immediately if he becomes aware that any of the actions described above in this paragraph is being perpetrated by any other person.

  • The Client may request to cancel or amend his instructions but MIBD are not obliged to accept any such request.
