• During the periods of suspension referred to above, MIAL shall not be required to make any payment whatsoever to the contractor.

• MIAL reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that security, safety and integrity of MIAL’s systems, the CSMIA as well as User interests, are and remain, well-protected.

• Without limiting the foregoing MIAL shall rebalance the Portfolio in accordance with instructions provided to it by an Authorised Person from time to time.

• MIAL will remain fully responsible for the performance of the Services which have been sub contracted under this clause.

• The certified log sheet shall be submitted along with the invoice/month to MIAL accounts for further process.
