MI Group definition
MI Group means New MI Corp., MI Corp. and each of the Subsidiaries of MI Corp. (after giving effect to the MVT Distribution).
MI Group means New MI Corp., MI Corp. and each of the Subsidiaries of MI Corp., but not including any member of the MVT Group.
MI Group. M&I Group" means M&I and each Affiliate of M&I (or any --------- predecessor organization thereof), but not including any member of the Metavante Group.
More Definitions of MI Group
MI Group has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.
MI Group means the Affiliated Group, or similar group of entities as defined under corresponding provisions of the laws of other jurisdictions, of which M&I is the common parent corporation, and any corporation or other entity which may be, may have been or may become a member of such group from time to time, but excluding any member of the Metavante Group.
MI Group means M&I, each Subsidiary and Affiliated Company of M&I (other than any member of the Metavante Group) immediately after the Separation Date and each Person that becomes a Subsidiary or Affiliated Company of M&I after the Separation Date (other than any member of the Metavante Group).
