M&I Bank Facility definition
M&I Bank Facility means that certain First Amended and Restated Credit and Security Agreement, dated February 27, 2006, as may be amended from time to time, between RAIT Partnership, L.P. and M&I ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bank, and all other documents or agreements executed in connection therewith, or replacement facilities with substantially similar terms (including, but not limited to, amounts and rates) with financial institutions approved by Buyer.
