M&I Agreement definition
M&I Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of May 13, 2011, by and between Parent and M&I Marshall & Isley Bank, as the same has been or may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
M&I Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of May 13, 2011, by and between Parent and M&I M▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & I▇▇▇▇ Bank, as the same has been or may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Examples of M&I Agreement in a sentence
The transactions contemplated by (i) -------------------- the MI Agreement and (ii) the Grey Fox Agreement shall be consummated simultaneously with the transactions consummated by this Agreement.
Without limiting the foregoing, this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be permitted by the M&I Agreement and the Prudential Agreement pursuant to a waiver and/or amendment thereof in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender.
