Subject to the terms of this Agreement, for the life of this Agreement, the Unions bound by it shall make no further claims upon the MHSB.

The Balance MTK Consideration shall be secured by an irrevocable bank guarantee in favour of MHSB (“MTK Second BG”), to be procured by PSSB.
