M&H Practitioners definition

M&H Practitioners means and includes –(a) Medical Practitioners,(b) Healthcare Professionals, and(c) Service providers who conduct Health Assessment; “Monthly Basic Fee” means the Monthly Basic Fee as set out in Part A of Appendix 6 to Part IITerms of Tender and incorporated into Part A of Schedule B to Part VConditions of Contract; “Monthly Operation Cost” (for the purpose of Satellite Centres) means the Monthly Operation Cost of a Satellite Centre including but not limited to staff and rental costs as set out in Part B of Appendix 6 to Part II – Terms of Tender and incorporated into Part A of Schedule B to Part V – Conditions of Contract; “Network Health Assessment Subsidy” means any one of the Network Subsidy payable by the Government for each of laboratory tests or optometry assessment properly provided under Secondary or Tertiary Prevention as set out in column (C) of the DHC Network Health Assessment Unit Fees & Subsidy Table contained in Part C of Schedule B to Part V – Conditions of Contract; “Network Health Assessment Unit Fee” means the Network Health Assessment Unit Fee for each of laboratory tests and optometry assessment proposed by the Operator in Part C of Appendix 6 to Part II – Terms of Tender and incorporated into Part C of Schedule B to PartV – Conditions of Contract;

Examples of M&H Practitioners in a sentence

  • The following types of MH Practitioners are available under the MH Services: ⋅ Psychiatrists (MD/DO); ⋅ Psychologists (PhD); ⋅ Counselors (Masters); ⋅ Clinical Social Workers (Masters); ⋅ Therapists (Marriage and Family) (Masters); and ⋅ Substance Abuse Counselors.

  • The MH Practitioners who are employed by, or under a contractual arrangement with, the MH Provider form a network that is designed to facilitate the provision of mental health consultations via electronic exchange (“MH Consultation(s)”).

  • If the Member fails to provide their comprehensive medical history, the Member will not have access to the MH Practitioners, and Teladoc Health will so advise the Member when he/she attempts to schedule a MH Consultation.

  • The arrangement between Teladoc Health and the MH Provider permits Teladoc Health to offer the MH Services to its customers that consist of: (a) a network of MH Practitioners who provide MH Consultations; and (b) support for the operation and administration of that network, as further described herein.

  • The MH Practitioners are selected and engaged by the MH Provider to provide mental health clinical intake assessments, ongoing talk therapy, and medication management in accordance with mental health protocols and guidelines that are tailored to the telehealth industry.

  • The MH Services include access to the MH Practitioners who provide MH Consultations to Members by telephone or video conference in the MH Services’ service area.
