MGM LITIGATION means the lawsuit styled as METRO-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ STUDIOS, INC. ET AL. V. MIDWAY GAMES, INC., CV 01-09512 TJH (JTLx) (C.D. Cal.) and any related proceedings, including all appeals and investigations, whether ongoing, commenced or completed, in connection with or resulting from such legal proceedings.
