NIGC means the National Indian Gaming Commission.
Insurance Regulatory Authority means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the insurance department or similar Governmental Authority charged with regulating insurance companies or insurance holding companies, in its jurisdiction of domicile and, to the extent that it has regulatory authority over such Insurance Subsidiary, in each other jurisdiction in which such Insurance Subsidiary conducts business or is licensed to conduct business.
national regulatory authority means the body or bodies charged by a Member State with any of the regulatory tasks assigned in this Directive and the Specific Directives;
Cemetery authority means any person who owns or operates a cemetery specified in s. 157.065 (1).
County authority means the board of county commissioners,
Highway authority means the state highway commission, a board of county road commissioners or the governing body of a city or village.
IGRA means the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act of 1988, P.L. 100-497, 25 U.S.C. Sections 2701, et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, and all regulations of the NIGC promulgated thereunder.
Government Authorities means, without limitation, all Government departments and agencies with responsibility for the import and export of goods, the collection of revenue on the import and export of goods and the transport of those goods to include, without limitation, Customs, AQIS, the ATO and the RSA;
Nevada Gaming Authorities means, collectively, the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, and the Xxxxx County Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board.
College board means the state board for community and
statutory authority means Central or State Government, quasi-Government, administrative, judicial, public or statutory body, department, instrumentality, agency, authority, board entrusted with and carrying any statutory functions, as required from time to time in connection with performance by the Preferred Bidder of its obligations hereunder;
CFDA means the Code of Federal Domestic Assistance assigned to a federal grant.
Diocesan Schools Commission means the education service provided by the diocese, which may also be known, or referred to, as the Diocesan Education Service.
EMEA means the European Medicines Agency.
Regulatory Authorities means the Commissions and the Exchange;
Regulatory Authority means any applicable supra-national, federal, national, regional, state, provincial or local regulatory agencies, departments, bureaus, commissions, councils or other government entities regulating or otherwise exercising authority with respect to the Exploitation of a Licensed Compound or a Licensed Product in the Territory.
Gaming Authorities means any foreign, federal, state or local governmental entity or authority, or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, court or instrumentality thereof, regulating gaming activities or related activities.
Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.
Information Commissioner means the UK Information Commissioner and any successor;
Supervisory Authority shall have the same meaning as in the GDPR, and their cognate terms shall be construed accordingly.

Sanctions Authorities means the respective governmental institutions and agencies of any of the United States, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, including without limitation, OFAC, the United States Department of State, and Her Majesty's Treasury;
competent authorities means the competent authorities of the Member States as identified on the websites listed in Annex II;
Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority shall have the meaning given by Section 2(a)(50) of the 0000 Xxx.
MFDA means the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada;
Michigan economic growth authority means the Michigan economic growth authority created in the Michigan economic growth authority act, 1995 PA 24, MCL 207.801 to 207.810.
