MFN Basis definition

MFN Basis means that Airline shall offer Company commercial terms and conditions equal to or better than the most favorable terms and conditions offered by Airline to any other Internet Travel Provider Site; provided, that MFN Basis shall not obligate Airline to delay or forego a commercial opportunity due to Company's inability to proceed with a similar commercial transaction with Airline for technical, financial or other reasons.
MFN Basis means, with respect to any contractual arrangement between the Company and another Party (or an Affiliate thereof), pursuant to terms, when taken as a whole, are no less favorable to the Company than those in effect between such other Party (or Affiliate thereof) and any unaffiliated third parties, determined with reference to all similar arrangements in effect on the date hereof or entered into from time to time hereafter, in each case with an unaffiliated third party.

Examples of MFN Basis in a sentence

  • In addition to the foregoing, you shall be entitled to industry-customary perks as are normally made available to entertainment industry executives and in all cases on an MFN Basis.

  • You shall be entitled to limousine transportation and to first class private business travel expenses, including hotels and per diems on an MFN Basis.

  • During the Consulting Term, you shall be reimbursed for such reasonable travel and other expenses incurred in the performance of your duties hereunder as are customarily reimbursed for executives of major motion picture and television companies, but in no event less favorable than any other officer, director, employee or consultant of Studio (an "MFN Basis").
