The MFLL Lease must be negotiated by the Village and the MFLL prior to the Closing.
If the Village and the MFLL have not entered into a MFLL Lease, the Village, may, by written notice to the School District, given prior to the Closing, declare this Agreement null and void and neither Party shall have any further obligations to the other under this Agreement.
